Bill Glass Champions for Life - 2012  is  our 40th year of prison evangelism

Bill Glass addresses a crowdBill Glass, all-pro linebacker on the  1964 NFL world Champion Cleveland Browns, went to seminary while playing pro ball.  He began city-wide evangelism crusades in 1969, and in 1972 conducted an evangelism event at a prison in Marion, OH.

Since then Bill has been faithful to God's calling, and has spoken to more prisoners than any person that has ever lived.  Bill pioneered the use of bands, singers,  professional athletes, motorcycles, race cars, comedians, magicians, and other on-stage talent to bring lost inmates outside in the prison yard (rather than the chapel) to hear the message of hope in Christ.    Read more

Tully Blanchard speaks to volunteersThe 2009 Atlanta Weekend is complete - with 2,942 decisions for Christ recorded.  Thanks to the host hotel - Ramada Inn, and to our Fri. banquet church - New Hope North in Fayetteville.  Thanks also to Harold Willman - who purchased and cooked the BBQ for the banquet.

A big thanks to the over 350 volunteers that carried the gospel message into ten area correctional facilities.

Please keep praying for the ongoing follow-up teams that return to help these new believers grow in their faith.
